Once recycled, the bottles are collected and meticulously sorted by grade and type.

From Bottles to Raw Flakes
The sorted bottles are thoroughly washed and chipped into raw flakes, creating the base material for our products.

Spinning Eco-Friendly Yarn
The raw flakes are melted and extruded into yarn, which is then woven into high-performance fabric, ready for action.

With the fabric prepared, we sew together our final products, ensuring each piece is ready for the pickleball court.
